Learn how to sit with Jesus besides the still waters and allow your soul to be restored.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our mindfulness workshops are designed to bring your body to a place of alpha wave, meaning that you take the time to stop,. breath and focus on the now.
In this particular workshop we will help guide you through a mindfulness practise that may help release anxiety and/or trauma from your body. We do this in a quite and safe environment with no more than 8 people per workshop. We will use audio prompts as we guide you through the process, allowing time for you to be in the moment.
We encourage you to bring some water and a journal with you. You may find that as you go through this workshop there might be things that surface and you may need extra help/time in processing this.
If this is the case, you can book in for a one on one session either on the day or through our website.
DURATION & COSTS
Our workshops go for 1 hour. 45 minutes is spent in mindfulness, allowing you 15 minutes afterwards to just sit and reflect and if needed ask questions.
Cost is $35 per workshop.
